2012 5yr Missing Block Group Tables

Hi, I extracted 2012 and 2011 5yr data at the block group level from the ftp site for table B03002 - HISPANIC OR LATINO ORIGIN BY RACE.
The problem...estimates exist for 2011 but not 2012.
Has anyone else experienced this or do you know why?
Here' my check:
Just looking at California data downloaded from the ftp:
2011:
e20115ca0005000.txt
LOGRECNO 0023638
B03002e1 = 2451
2012: e20125ca0006000.txt
LOGRECNO 0023598
B03002e1 is blank.
Thanks for your time.

I'll add that this table is not on the list of restricted tables at the block group level:

Are all of the fields blank in the 2012 data? The table numbers and LOGRECNOs above do not match... so it's hard to tell from the information provided if this is a mismatched geography issue or a data suppression issue.
If you are comparing the same geography for the two years, it is useful to know that the Census Bureau suppresses data, for example, if there are fewer than 3 unweighted cases in the sample. So it may be that one of the sub-groups violated the fewer-than-three rule, and the table was suppressed.

I pulled up your table through the Summary File Retrieval Tool and got 2587 for 2012 LOGRECNO 0023598 (15000US060014001001) and verified the corresponding LOGRECNO and value from the 2011 table. So maybe you made an error importing the summary files? If you are sure the summary file was imported correctly you may want to let the Census Bureau know about the discrepancy.

Sorry, the image was of the line in the table with the 2012 data but the forum seems to have shrunk it beyond recognition.
