Is the gini index the most common for income inequality? What tables and fields do you use?
ACS does it for you in table B19083. Just search "Gini index" on data.census.gov.
Wow, that's great and a simple table without 300 columns. I'm going to revisit my top 10-20 health metric websites to see if there are some other measures I've been missing. I found it at https://www.healthymarin.org/ but I've not read about gini before.
