I am new to this forum, but does anyone know whether there is population data by age by race at block group level in 2021 5-year ACS? I am now looking for the population in each age group and race at the block group level in California. For example, the While-alone population in the age group of 65+ in a block group.

I know it has been awhile - but were you ever able to find these in ACS? I am looking for age x sex x race at the census tract level and can't seem to find it.

Age by Sex by Race at the census tract level for 2021 ACS 5-year estimates are available in Tables B01001A-G (with ethnicity available B01001H - I). Here is an example table:
