Has anyone used the Postal change of address data? Interesting compare I would think.

Hi Tom, I was wondering if you made any inroads into using this data or finding someone who does. I'm looking at the 2023 records and the patterns Tim Henderson mentions below appear to be present. I'm trying to conceptually understand what might lead to the undercount of in-moves. The data suppression explanation (below) seems like it would affect both in- and out-moves.
