I am having trouble accessing ACS documentation for any year.
https://www.census.gov/programs-surveys/acs/technical-documentation/summary-file-documentation.html
...gives me an error but you can navigate from there to ACS -> Technical Documentation -> Code Lists, Definitions, and Accuracy
Every document currently gives me an error and I can not access it. It doesn't matter the year or topic. Is anyone else having the issue? If it's just me it may be a security issue I need to address on my end.

It looks like you are trying to access the Summary File documentation? If so, it was moved to https://www.census.gov/programs-surveys/acs/data/summary-file.html.
