Laura Speer, Director of the KIDS COUNT project at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, discussed how the Foundation uses ACS data to promote the well-being of children across the states. And Frances Deviney, Texas KIDS COUNT Director and Senior Research Associate for the Center for Public Policy Priorities, provided some examples of ACS data applications for local areas.
