Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for help in pulling internet subscriptions (B28002) by age (B01001) and ZIP5/ZCTA5 (Geo: 860) from the American Community Survey 5-Year Data (2009-2021). Is there an ID or KEY that can link these tables (B28002 & B01001) together that is more granular than GEOID so that I can get the internet subscription as a subcategory of Age and Sex for ZCTA5. My other option is to use the microdata and estimate the most frequent ZIP5 within each PUMA. Just to clarify, I am ultimately looking to get down to the Zip5 level, but ZCTA5 would be close enough.
Thank you
The units of analysis are mismatching. Age is a characteristic of a person. Internet access is a household characteristic. How do you propose to relate them?
You are right. I would need the age of the homeowner to assess who is (presumably) paying for the internet service.
