API to access data on recent graduates field of study

I'm trying to find Census data on the current talent pool including demographics and field of study. I have been able to find educational attainment and demographic data using the American Community Survey estimates, but I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find more specific data on what recent graduates studied (ie. STEM, business, etc.) as well as demographics such as race/ethnicity, sex, etc.?
