Is there a way to get educational attainment for ages 25-44 at the county level by sex and race/hispanic origin?
Depending on the size of your county/counties of interest, PUMS would work. Larger counties tend to have clear PUMA-to-County crosswalks. Smaller counties may have PUMAs that overlap with adjacent counties. Geocorr can produce the necessary crosswalk (with a variety of weighting options for cases with overlap): mcdc.missouri.edu/.../geocorr2022.html
Thanks, Beth! We do the PUMA-to-County Crosswalks for other indicators. I was just wondering if there was a better/easier way to go about it. Thanks again
I figured ;)
But no--I'm 99% sure there's no table that has the 3-way crosstab. Tables B15002A-I and C15002A-I have sex by educational attainment by race/ethnicity but not also by age.
The Small Area Estimation packaged that I announced a couple of days ago will do this. Go to dorerfoundation.org/software for details.
