Connecticut planning regions added to Geocorr 2022

Happy Friday folks!

I've added the "new" Connecticut planning regions to MCDC's Geocorr 2022 application. They are listed in the "Other geographies" section in both the source and target geography selections.

These regions will be considered county equivalents (summary level 050) in future census data products.

Unfortunately, because of all the existing county-based data out there, I can't simply replace the old CT counties with the new county equivalents in the MABLE database that powers Geocorr. Instead, I've designated the planning regions as a new geography type that exists only in CT. The unwanted consequence is that if you try to run a correlation using the new planning regions with any state besides CT, you'll get an error. Thus, if you want to run a county-to-xxxxx correlation for many states or the whole nation, you'll need to run it twice: once with all the states except CT, and then a second run to do the region-to-xxxxx correlation just for CT.

Obviously this is a clunky workaround, but it's the best I can do for now.
