Self-Employed Homeownership Rates

Hello ACS Data Users!

I am new to the ACS and am having difficulty tracking down raw data related to the following:

• Median Annual Household Income for Self-Employed and Salaried Households (2001 - present) 
• Homeownership Rate for Self-Employed and Salaried Households (2001 - present)
• Share of New Homebuyers with a Mortgage for Self-Employed and Salaried Households (2001 - present)

The browser-based interactive tables are slow to load, and I haven't been able to find the correct downloadable zip file(s). 

Is there a specific place I should look, or is there advice for querying these data sets?
