County subdivisions not available for table S2902 5-year estimates

We're trying to access 5-year estimate county subdivision data for table S2902. All documentation I can find says that county subdivisions should be available for subject tables and for 5-year estimates. Any idea why this table isn't available at this geography?

    Table S2902 is not available for County Subdivisions, it is available for the following geographies:
    • Nation
    • State
    • County
    • Census Tract
    • Place
    • Congressional District
    • State Legislative District (Upper Chamber)
    • State Legislative District (Lower Chamber)
