It looks like the ACS User Handbooks have been taken offline (https://www.census.gov/programs-surveys/acs/library/handbooks/general.html), but the technical documentation is still mostly there (https://www.census.gov/programs-surveys/acs/technical-documentation/code-lists.2023.html#list-tab-155790978). Please post if you have any knowledge of changes availability of ACS data, documentation, reports, etc.
Not that it makes the harm done any less - but the guides are still available on the Internet Archive.

I think the gov can save lots of money, all users should just search TikTok for all answers and needed ref docs. We should remove all medical ref books next.
