Downloading Subject Tables not through AFF?

Hello,
My agency currently downloads Summary File data from the Census FTP site, but I am curious to know if there is any way to download Subject Table data from the Census website that's not through American Fact Finder. We're looking to download a series of subject tables at a time, but don't want to have to select individual tables at individual geographies. Does anyone know of a tool or utility that can download subject tables?
Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Beth,
Thanks for your response. This is what we're doing for the summary file, but the summary file does not include subject tables (the tables that begin with S). Is there a separate download for subject tables that doesn't require going through American Fact Finder?
