It's straightforward to get estimates of the total number of adults in a geography and the total number of Black, non-Hispanic persons in a geography, but I can't see any way to get the combination of these things (the number of Black, non-Hispanic adults in a geography).
Does anyone know how to accomplish this seemingly simple goal using the American FactFinder?
I know I could get a decent approximation by using microdata, but I'd rather not resort to that since it severely limits the geographies that I can work with and because the use of microdata introduces some additional sampling error.
That's a good suggestion. Unfortunately, as far as I'm aware, that gives the total population (adults + minors) and can't be adjusted to only include adults.
