Filter by all XX geos inside another geo?

Does anyone know whether data.census.gov can filter by nested geographies yet? Or when it might be able to?

Specifically, I'm trying to locate total population (such as from DP-05) for all cities (places) within each congressional district (latest boundaries) from the 2018 ACS. Trying to identify the largest city by district.

I could only locate 2 possibilities for the "container" geography, as shown below. Wondering if my best bet is just to use AFF and 2017 ACS data.

I found that if I click place and then the state, I get the option to select congressional districts. However when I go through the districts I can't get any places. It kept popping up the conolidated cities menu instead, which was also empty. I tried to construct a deep link with the query but I also get an error. data.census.gov/.../table
