Access issues with data.census.gov?

Hi all,

Is anyone else seeing only a blank page at this address? A colleague and I have checked on 4 different computers, 3 browsers, but no luck. Has something changed recently? Is it working for you? I desperately need to work on a reference question that requires ACS.

The State Data Center website includes some guidance from the Census Bureau on this issue:
