I am hoping that you will point me in the right direction. I am a researcher looking for a table showing the percentage of owners vs. renters (e.g., Home Ownership Rates, Owner Occupied Housing Unit Rate, etc.) Is this information available by census tracts, CBSA Divisions, zip code areas, etc.? We are currently looking at racial disparities in health for areas in and around Nashville TN area and would like to compare health disparities to home ownership status by area. Any help would be appreciated.

Search for "tenure" on data.census.gov. Most of it is available at the tract level and up for 5-year ACS data.
The ACS tenure data are in the B25xxx tables, FYI
