I am looking at Data Profile variable DP04_0134E on https://api.census.gov/data/2019/acs/acs5/profile/variables.html page. The description of the variable says "Estimate!!GROSS RENT!!Occupied units paying rent!!Median (dollars)" but it isn't clean to me if the rent is monthly or yearly or some other period. From the values, I can infer that it is probably monthly but can someone confirm? Also, it would be nice if the description is updated to make the periodicity of rent explicit.
