I am trying to measure population by ZCTA within a county, but only in that county, meaning that inter-county ZCTA population is not included. I know the old AFF used to give us geo within geo option, but am not sure it would have helped with my inquiry. The current data.census.gov will not parse out ZCTA within respective counties to best of my use, which, unfortunately, I'm never sure I'm utilizing as census envisioned.
Is there an non-GIS (dissolving shapefiles) way to estimate my query? I hope this is clear.
Thanks
Eric
I knew that your site would have a solution. Thanks
Thanks again. I had results within five minutes using this app.
Yes, use Geocorr.

No problem. Just keep in mind that the allocation factors are based on 2010 geographies and populations.
I can't thank you enough for Geocorr. This is an amazing tool.
Glenn Rice, do you know when Geocorr will be updated to the 2020 geographies and populations?
Thanks!
I'm working on it now, but it'll be mid-year before it's online
Thank you for your work on this Glenn Rice!
