Hi everyone,
I use the FFIEC census tract flat file to determine median family income at the census tract level. I recently became aware of the R19113 ACS table that provides median family income at the census tract level.
Does anyone know why the values are different? How would one get the new FFIEC tract level median family income for all tracts based on the 2020 census?

I am not familiar with the FFIEC but I would suggest reading the documentation and methodology for how they derive median family income. Perhaps the values are from different years. A few places to start:
