Census Bureau collecting feedback on Disclosure Avoidance Handbook In November 2021 the U.S. Census Bureau released a new handbook, Disclosure Avoidance for the 2020 Census: An Introduction, to help data users understand the new disclosure avoidance procedures used for the 2020 Census Redistricting Data (P.L. 94-171) Summary File. The Census Bureau intends to produce an additional handbook (or handbooks) to support the next set of data products and to address outstanding questions. To guide the development of future materials, we are asking data users for feedback on Disclosure Avoidance for the 2020 Census: An Introduction.
